Leadership scholarships

6-month cohort · £3,500 value per place · UK-wide
Fully-funded Leadership Academy places for men who can't otherwise access professional coaching, mentorship and Circle facilitation training. 60 places awarded annually.
Youth mentoring
4,800 mentored
12-week programme · 220 trained mentors · 44 partner sites
Weekly 1:1 and small-group mentoring for boys 12–18. Partner schools, sports clubs and youth centres refer young men in need of a steady adult presence.
Emergency support
£450 avg grant
Response within 5 working days · £250k allocated annually
Same-week hardship grants for brothers facing acute crisis — housing insecurity, single-father emergencies, mental-health support gaps. Referrals via Circle facilitators.
Community grants

Twice-yearly grant rounds · Independent panel review
Small grants (£500–£5,000) for grassroots men's groups run by and for local men. Priority for underserved regions and men from marginalised communities.
