Code of Conduct

MateCircle works because we show up honestly, listen without fixing, and back each other up. This is what we ask of every member.

We commit to

• Confidentiality. What's shared in a circle stays in the circle.
• Respect. No shaming, mocking, or dismissing another man's story.
• Presence. Phones down, one voice at a time.
• Ownership. Speak from your own experience, not for others.
• Growth. Ask for what you need; offer what you can.

Zero tolerance

• Harassment, discrimination or violence of any kind.
• Sharing another member's story without permission.
• Predatory behaviour, sales pitches or MLM recruitment.
• Encouraging self-harm or refusing to signpost when someone is at risk.

Consequences

Breaches are handled by facilitators and, where needed, the Safeguarding Lead. Outcomes range from a private conversation to permanent removal without refund.

Reporting

If something doesn't sit right, tell your facilitator or email safeguarding@matecircle.uk. You'll be heard.
