By creating an account or using MateCircle, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Membership
Free membership is open to men aged 18+. Paid tiers (Plus, Leadership, Founding, Corporate) unlock additional features. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled from your dashboard.
Conduct
You agree to abide by the MateCircle Code of Conduct. Breaches may result in warning, suspension or termination without refund.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans are non-refundable; annual plans may be refunded pro-rata within 14 days of renewal. Founding lifetime memberships are non-refundable after 14 days.
Content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it as needed to run the service.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to active members.
